We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale for hygiene and personalization reasons.

Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, all Alder Jewellers pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
