Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and include the packing slip inside a padded shipping envelope.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
